SkylatekAI is a multi-model AI chat client that allows you to interact with various large language models from third-party providers. The service is provided by Skylatek and is subject to change or discontinuation at any time.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use SkylatekAI. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Access to SkylatekAI requires a Skylatek ID account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to use SkylatekAI to: generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable; infringe the intellectual property rights of others; attempt to circumvent safety measures of any AI model; engage in automated scraping or abuse of the service; or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Responses generated by AI models are provided for informational purposes only. SkylatekAI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content. You should not rely on AI responses as professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise).

You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content.

The SkylatekAI application, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Skylatek and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit. By submitting prompts, you grant Skylatek a limited licence to process them solely for the purpose of providing the service.

SkylatekAI integrates with third-party AI providers. Your use of each model is also subject to that provider's terms of service. Skylatek is not responsible for the outputs, availability, or policies of third-party AI providers.

SkylatekAI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skylatek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
